Boyne Alley (Chair)

Working for some years with World Vision in senior Australian and international roles, Boyne also has senior executive retail and banking experience. He is Fellow of the Australian CPAs, Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Institute, Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and an alumni of the Harvard Business School of Management. Among other Board memberships, Boyne is a board member of Light FM Inc (89.9 Light FM - Melbourne)

Raymond Chow (Deputy Chair)

As a mathematics lecturer at the University of Hong Kong , Raymond was involved in curriculum reform. He has published mathematics textbooks at various levels. In Australia, Raymond founded the Rejoice Chinese Christian Communication Centre Inc in Melbourne. He completed his Master of Divinity degree at Melbourne College of Divinity, and is in ministry to the Chinese community in Australia. He founded “Sameway”, the Chinese community magazine that presently distributes 22,000 copies Australia-wide, each week.

Philip Hunt

Philip was CEO of World Vision Australia for several years, and later Vice President - World Vision International Middle East & Eastern Europe Region. He brings a wealth of experience to TWR - Australia in not-for-profit, community development, media and radio broadcasting expertise. Philip currently heads VicRelief Foodbank. Amongst others boards, he is a Board member of Light FM Inc (89.8 Light FM - Melbourne)

Ian Tyson

Ian started as a management cadet with McEwan’s retail group, learning all facets of retail management. He moved into manufacturing and held Senior Sales and Marketing management roles with companies like Boral, CSR and Smorgon Steel. He returned to retail as GM Marketing and Merchandise for Mitre 10, nationally. Now with Carter Holt Harvey Wood Products Australia, Ian manages domestic and international Sales & Marketing. He is a Master of Business Management and holds a Graduate Diploma in Business. Ian is married to Andree and they have 3 daughters. The family attends Syndal Baptist Church.

David Wilson

David is trained in theology, psychology, and social sciences. His experience covers drug and alcohol counselling, tertiary-level lecturing, academic administration, and management or governance with various not for profit organizations. He is currently an elected Councillor with the City of Melbourne, holding the Community Services and Arts & Culture portfolios. Married to Debbie, they have four children and 13 grandchildren. David is passionate about socal justice that creates equality and inclusiveness.

Roger Walker

Following a Commonwealth Public Service career in Sydney and Canberra, Roger spent 34 years with World Vision in various senior roles in Asia and Australia, including National Director in Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), Vietnam and Laos. Roger was also a member of the ACFID (Australian Council for International Development) Executive Committee.
